As the Concierge at The Darling, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk ensuring a positive guest experience, playing a key role to promote The Star Sydney as a leading destination.

A few of your responsibilities: Supervise and add value to the activities of team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfactionEnthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with arrivals, departuresEnsure guest queries are handled in a timely and professional mannerCreate a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale and teamworkPromote and share knowledge about our beautiful City and local area ensuring our Hotel guests experience the seamless level of service they expect from a luxury hotelWhat are we looking for: Previous experience in hospitality or guest service supervisor/management role is desirableOutstanding passion to deliver excellent guest serviceOpera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similarBilingual/Multilingual is advantageousFlexibility to work in a full-time capacity across a 24/7 roster (including mornings, evenings and weekends)About you: You will have a motivated proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to support various tasks and a team. This is a guest-facing role where you can showcase your passion for service, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for creating a 5-star experience.
