What this job involves As the Concierge Supervisor, you will be coordinating the day-to-day activities for the team of concierge staff situated within our client's portfolio.
A snapshot of the role: Provide leadership and be a key point of contact to the Workplace Services team members Coordinate staff activities with the wider JLL team Assess workplace requirements in a dynamic environment and allocate tasks to team members Oversee the appointment of casual and temporary staff to cover positions as needed Approve timesheets and maintain attendance records and rosters Actively encourage an environment which supports teamwork, co-operation and excellence across the Workplace Services Team and identify opportunities for improvement Sound like the job you are looking for?
