We are a 286-room hotel with 8 conferencing and event facilities hosting all events from Corporate groups to sports teams.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Manage arrivals and departures of everyone visiting our hotel.Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously.Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy with all accounting functions.Communicate with housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met.Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift.Qualifications: You are interested in self-development and furthering your hospitality career.Deliver service excellence, from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.You are passionate, curious, innovative, and knowledgeable to enhance our guest experience.Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors.Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel's facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts.You want "ownership" and a sense of autonomy in your day-to-day operations.Focused on building a culture of teamwork and exceptional service.Someone who goes the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience with the ability to multitask.The ability to work under pressure and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required.Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.A passionate person who is able to make both their colleagues and guests smile.Someone with apparent energy and a positive attitude, that they will bring with them to every single shift.What is in it for you: The opportunity to Work Your Way across the much-loved Accor Brands.Discounted Accommodation and F&B in Accor hotels worldwide from Day 1.ASR & Tenure Milestone recognition.Employee Assistance Programs and much more!Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
