Concierge - Residential Apartments BUILDING MANAGEMENT – FACILITY MANAGEMENT – CONCIERGE – PLACE MANAGEMENT – CLEANING Concierge - Luxury Residential Role in South Perth (Part-Time & Casual) The Concierge role: We are seeking a personable and professional Concierge to join our dynamic team at a prestigious 5-star residential Strata property in Applecross. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a strong and growing team. The focus of this role is providing residents with dedicated quality service and assisting the Building Manager to maintain the site.
Shifts: The Candidate needs to be available to work short shifts Mon- Fri 7am - 11am and/or 3pm to 6pm. There will also be weekend shifts available. For the right candidate there's the potential to increase hours by working across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the welcoming face and host of the building, delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guestsManage and monitor all visitor and service provider movements throughout the buildingReceive and handle mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure distribution to residentsPerform essential administrative tasks, such as maintaining databases, answering emails, and responding to phone and intercom queriesSafeguard and distribute keys and access devices, ensuring the security of the buildingAssist the Building Manager with property-related tasks, including enforcing building policies, managing parking, and overseeing amenities What You'll Bring: Impeccable personal presentation and strong communication skillsA friendly and diplomatic personality Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Punctual, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a guest service agent, hotel receptionist, front desk associate, host, passenger services, retail assistant, cabin crew or concierge would be advantageous.
Strong background in customer service or administration.
Additional Requirements: A current Police Check (National Police Certificate) is required for this role.
