Here at the San, we take pride in providing a high-quality care to patients, their families and visitors alike.As a Concierge, you will be responsible for:Meet & greet all visitors and patients within the hospital and provide extraordinary customer service to our patients.Assist with offering help, directions, booking taxi's/car hire booking, liaise with clients and build rapport with our regular, and new patients and visitorsWholeheartedly contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement, actively contributing to a culture of comradery and teamworkand participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide our patients with specialised and dedicated care.Who we are looking for:Previous front facing, customer service experience with the proven ability to go above & beyond in providing an exceptional 5-star quality service.Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and go above & beyond for patients and their families.Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skillsYou will be naturally friendly & genuine when liaising with patients, their families, visitors, and your colleaguesYou'll be a quick learner, as well as self-driven and motivated in your work.Experience in the healthcare and hospital industry is highly desirable.
