The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Concierge and Building Administration Manager to join our friendly and high performing team. In this largely autonomous role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the building are exceptionally presented, and all facilities are functionally working and are safe and secure. You will be responsible for all day-to-day activities and liaison with internal and external stakeholders associated with the building.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee tenant access cards, issuing and cancelling as needed.
Manage daily mail collection and coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely notifications to tenants.
Maintain building registers and records diligently.
Act as Chief Fire Warden, participating in drills and evacuations.
Allocate parking spaces, handle tenant inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.
Create and update operational procedures with managing agents.
Maintain a register of complaints and escalate issues for timely resolution.
Greet visitors and assist tenants with access needs.
Serve as the primary contact for contractors and cleaning staff, addressing any issues.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for client representatives.
Promote work health and safety practices and manage incident reporting.

Skills & Experience

Minimum two years of experience in building operations and tenant relations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with tenants and stakeholders.
Professional presentation and demeanour.
Highly organized with multitasking and prioritization skills.
Commitment to exceptional service and prompt resolution of inquiries.
Familiarity with fire safety protocols and experience in drills and evacuations.
Strong analytical skills for effective issue resolution and decision-making.
Ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
Knowledge of work health and safety practices.
Proficient in building management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong collaboration skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
Current police check required; security licence preferred but not mandatory
