THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced Compliance Support Officer to assist the Compliance Officer in protecting Lotte Duty Free's property and assets. This role supports Airport Stores and Warehouse sites with effective loss prevention practices across the business.
Reporting to the Compliance General Manager, the position will assist in maintaining stock integrity at Airport locations and Warehouses, ensure compliance with relevant Commonwealth and State regulations, and uphold Company Policies and Procedures.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Work closely with Management to ensure company policies and procedures are followed.Assist with internal audits to identify non-compliance with Australian Customs (ABF) Regulations and company policies.Assist with store and warehouse stocktakes and the reporting of results.Assist in monitoring and implementing business process improvements.Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to the Compliance Manager and team as requested.ABOUT YOU Knowledge of physical security technologies.Demonstrated knowledge of modern Loss Prevention theory, including security risk management and implementation.Strong analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.High attention to detail.Experience in monitoring and implementing procedures and processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.Willingness to travel interstate.Knowledge / experience of retail operationsTertiary Education – Cert III in Investigations or Cert IV Security Risk ManagementWHY JOIN LOTTE DUTY FREE Team DiscountsSafe, diverse and Inclusive work environment with a supportive cultureDETAILS OF THE ROLE Part-time role – 60 hours per fortnightAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend per month, nights, and public holidaysThis is a unique opportunity to join Lotte Oceania and further develop your career as a Compliance Support Officer.
