Myer is currently looking for a conscientious Compliance & Reporting Coordinator (known as a Compliance & Reporting Officer in our organisation) to assist and fulfil its compliance and ethical sourcing reporting obligations. About the Role: Prepare compliance reporting particularly in areas of advertising, privacy, data governance and ethical sourcing including modern slavery and social sustainabilitySupport Myer's ethical sourcing framework including modern slavery initiatives to ensure compliance and awareness of program, and determine the reporting strategy and formatProvide compliance advice, updates and responses to compliance matters or queriesConduct human rights risk assessment and map Myer's operations and supply chainResponsible for supply chain mapping, tracing and transparencyProvide training to the business on ethical sourcing and compliance requirementsAssist with lodgement of regulator or industry reporting across compliance and social sustainabilityParticipate in special projects related to compliance, ethical sourcing and sustainability requirements and initiativesDocument processes and procedures including reporting activities and workflows related to compliance, ethical sourcing and sustainabilityProvide support to the Compliance & Risk Manager and complete adhoc tasks as requiredAbout You: Tertiary qualification in Business, Auditing and Assurance or similar/related fields, highly advantageousExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detailAbility to work and build rapport with a diverse stakeholder groupProficient in Microsoft Office including ExcelHighly organised and strong time and project management skills would be valuableAbility to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines and projectsProactive and willingness to learn, develop and upskill where requiredTeam player and can work autonomouslyEmbraces change with an open mind, and maintains a positive attitude during times of changeBenefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discountsAccess to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave – arrange work around your life, not life around work!A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for successCareer growth and succession opportunities across the businessAust.
