The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer who also has experience in Local Laws and Animal Management. This is a jack of all trades role which is primarily outdoors but also has an office component where strong computer skills are required. This is not a FIFO.
About You We are seeking an experienced and self-starter who can work autonomously. The successful individual can hit the ground running. You will have previous compliance and animal management experience and will be familiar with local laws.
In addition, the successful candidate will have the following:
Experience working in Local Government or a relevant government regulatory agency.Working knowledge of the legislative framework of the Local Laws services.Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and negotiation.Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Current Queensland driver's license.Certificate in Animal Management/Local Government/Statutory Compliance.Certificate IV in Government InvestigationsDiploma Local GovernmentTo Apply Applications in Word format should be forwarded to us by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
