About the Role Primary responsibilities are to coordinate student compliance administration, including: Identifying students-at-risk of not complying to their student requirements of satisfactory course progression; Liaising with international students about their study obligations to meet course progression requirements; Using and updating PRISMs on a regular basis, ensuring data is accurately maintained and reported; Consulting regulation including ESOS National Code, TEQSA, and Department of Home Affairs (DHA); Ensuring international student enrolment and progression is compliant under all regulatory frameworks; Extracting data to build reports and dashboards that communicate risk and focus areas for student compliance.

Qualifications and Professional Standing: Relevant degree level qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/training.
Experience in a higher education (2+ years), working with international students.
Essential: Committed Christian, involved in a local congregation.
Working knowledge of International student's regulatory frameworks (ESOS National Code).
Demonstrated experience using PRISMs on a regular basis in a current or previous role.
Advanced excel skills, including ability to use LOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Strong analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills and the ability to analyse, summarise, and present data.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of institutional policies and procedures.
Must be able to work independently.
Must have acute attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
