Position Overview: We are looking for aCompliance Officerwho is passionate about financial compliance and eager to help combat financial crime. In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring transactions, conducting due diligence, and ensuring adherence to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) regulations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensivedue diligenceon new and existing customers to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.Monitortransactions and activitiesfor suspicious behavior and potential money laundering risks.Investigate and analyze unusual patterns, discrepancies, andfinancial anomaliesto mitigate fraud and financial crime.Collaborate with internal teams toimplement and refine AML policiesand procedures in line with regulatory frameworks.Maintain accurate and up-to-daterecordsand documentation related to AML compliance efforts.Stay informed on the latestregulatory developmentsand industry best practices in AML and CTF. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree infinance,accounting,business administration, or a related field.Experience: 2-5 years of experience incryptocurrency-related financial compliance, particularly withAML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. Prior experience in crypto compliance is preferred.Familiarity withregulatory requirementssuch asFINTRACandAUSTRACcompliance regulations.Stronganalytical skillsto identify patterns, anomalies, and financial discrepancies.Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonal skillsfor effective collaboration across teams.High attention to detail with a strong commitment to integrity and professionalism.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
