You'll be responsible for: Assisting in supporting the implementation, execution, and monitoring of the risk and compliance management framework and the regulatory and compliance agenda, providing Line 1 support.Establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and increasing awareness of regulatory and compliance obligations.Acting as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing communication and advice on compliance matters, and contributing to the development of processes in line with the Board-approved risk appetite and Allianz Risk Management Framework.Contributing to the strengthening of governance and the compliance framework, supporting the implementation and monitoring of the compliance plans.Supporting the implementation and promotion of corporate compliance policies, and the development of business solutions for incoming regulatory changes.About you: Significant leadership experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit roles in a complex, matrixed financial services (Corporate) organization.Demonstrated experience in assessing the level of risk and in developing and executing plans to mitigate risk, with a demonstrated technical understanding of the design and operating effectiveness of controls.Demonstrated experience in process and management control design, combined with the expert ability to understand operational and compliance risks inherent or emerging in a business area.Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends, and links that inform judgment and solutions.
