YOUR ROLE Join IAG's Group Risk Compliance & Regulatory team as a Compliance Frameworks Principal. In this pivotal role, you'll provide support to the Executive Manager to assist with the development and implementation of an effective compliance framework and to continuously improve IAG's compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This includes policies, standards and control expectations to manage the risk of non-compliance with IAG's regulatory and legislative obligations.
This is a permanent role based in all major cities in Australia. ABOUT YOU Previous experience working in a Risk and/or Compliance function in a large complex financial services organisation. Demonstrated ability in managing complexity, ambiguity and responding to change. Working effectively across teams to deliver outcomes and shared goals with strong commercial acumen. Proficient relationship development and ability to influence co-worker and broader stakeholder group in course of action and to adapt where other perspectives are valid. Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks, systems and processes for key functions including enterprise risk management, compliance and assurance systems.
