One of our clients is currently seeking an experiencedCompliance and Audit Business Partnerto join their team on a permanent basis. To be successful for this role, you will have a solid background in compliance, auditing and quality assurance and the ability to make decisions based on the core values of their company. You must possess good communication skills, be honest, reliable, hardworking and have pride in the quality of your work.
The duties of this role include :
Compliance Management : You'll oversee compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant regulations.
Audit and Evaluation : Conduct regular audits and evaluations to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
Policy and Procedure Review : Review existing policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date, comprehensive, and in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance : Work closely with the Quality and Risk Manager to implement quality assurance processes throughout the organization.
Training and Education : Provide training and education to staff members on compliance-related topics, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant policies and procedures.
Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of audits, compliance activities, preparing reports for the Executive and the Board as well as regulatory agencies as required.
Risk Management : Collaborate with the Quality and Risk Manager to identify and mitigate risks to the organization.
Continuous Improvement : Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
As a Compliance and Audit Business Partner in the aged care sector, your primary responsibilities would revolve around ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality care services. In this role you will be working closely with the Quality and Risk Manager to manage all aspects of the program.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Tertiary Qualifications and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance and/or risk role.
Demonstrated understanding of relevant compliance regulations and risk management frameworks.
Previous experience in facilitating training
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at clearly conveying complex information.
Experience in risk management
Demonstrated strong capacity to plan workload, achieve set goals and meet deadlines
Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant regulations
Integrity and professional ethics
Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus.
National Police Check or ability to obtain
