Compliance Analyst - Obligation ManagementThe Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Group Compliance Manager, you will be required to support a project with the scope of developing a methodology that addresses the issues identified in a recent Obligations Management Internal Audit.
The project will focus on the specific business units and business issues identified within the internal audit, but will operate in recognition of any broader, enterprise level business requirements or activities.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Group Compliance Manager and Head of Compliance to maintain a system to identify and assess new compliance obligations as they arise and implement appropriate management strategies.Support with the administration of compliance monitoring programs to ensure ongoing adherence to identified obligations.Design and produce regular reports on compliance status, risks, and issues to senior management and relevant stakeholders.Assist with risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and support the first line to develop strategies to address them.Collaborate with departments to update and maintain risk mitigation measures and ensure effective controls are in place.Your background: Experience in a Compliance role, with knowledge of effective Obligation Management practices, including records management and automation.Intermediate compliance and regulatory knowledge.Business and financial literacy.Relationship building skills and credibility to interact with and influence the business.Experience leading or supporting major projects.Working at APA
