NES Fircroft is collaborating with a global leader in the mining industry to find an experienced Compliance Specialist for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.
FIFO from Brisbane to site on a 5/2 roster.
The Compliance Specialist will assist the Compliance Maintenance Lead in ensuring vendor compliance, conducting audits, and monitoring contractor management plans according to the company's contractor management framework.
This role also involves auditing and supporting vehicle and tooling compliance.
Key Responsibilities Weekly MOP KPI reports for vehicles and toolingWeekly contractor audits to CMF requirementsData management of systems for NPIConduct audits and generate reports on service and embedded contractorsEnsure adherence to vehicle and tooling standards and D2 system requirementsAccountabilities and Responsibilities Help stakeholders understand contractor management requirements and processesMonitor contractor CMPs (Contractor Management Plans) for complianceAssist with vendor review meetings, update PowerPoint presentations, take minutes, and update vendor registersProduce and distribute weekly compliance CMF reports for MOP boardsOffer support and improvement suggestions to the Maintenance Lead to enhance customer service and CMF processesAbout You
To be successful in the role you must have a strong background in compliance or contractor management in the mining industry.
Expertise with auditing tools and systems like Auditor and D2Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to create detailed reports and presentations
