With a long history of creating professional career pathways for employees, we are excited to be on the lookout for an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team About the Role As a Construction Administrator, you will be joining our completed homes team which is responsible for the development of residential property throughout Victoria.
The role will require involvement throughout the construction process including colour documentation, marketing material and supporting sales documentation - taking care of all the important components to bring the completed home to market.
A big part of this important role is also to provide customer support to our clients.
This role will involve relationships with a range of our internal departments as well as other external relevant bodies to achieve great customer outcomes.
We're a team known to help each other out and you'll thrive working collaboratively with other Henley team members.
About you You are an experienced administrator with a customer service background and know how to work within a fast-paced industry.
Your strengths lie in communication, organisation and adaptability.
Ideally, you will have prior experience working in a similar role within the residential construction or property industry.
You build rapport with ease and enjoy collaborating with clients and other team members to achieve great outcomes.
You have a customer-focused approach, are a team player and enjoy collaborating with a business that values your contribution.
