Competition, Consumer & Economic Regulatory LawyerBe involved in market-leading local & global transactions; projects in NZ, Asia-Pacific, Middle East; egalitarian ethos; part-time; 5 years' PAE.Key Responsibilities:Advising on competition law (clearance and authorisation).Understanding the interface between IP and competition law.Providing guidance on consumer law including misleading & deceptive conduct.Navigating economic regulatory regimes (telco, dairy, and electricity markets).Managing significant & complex joint venture arrangements, supply & licensing agreements, and distribution structures.Assisting on Commerce Commission cartel investigations and leniency applications (dawn raids and criminal cartel investigations).Skills & Experience:You will be a Competition, Consumer & Economic Regulatory Lawyer at the Senior Associate level.
