Topcon Healthcare is looking to add a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to its growing HR team. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will be responsible for the analysis, administration, and financial performance of the Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility Program for all entities in the US, Canada, Australia, and Finland. This position is in Oakland, NJ.
Job Duties: Performs activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation, benefits, and global mobility policies. Audit job content and assist global HR Business Partners in job evaluation and market pricing. Supports participation in compensation/benefit survey to analyze company's competitive position. Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems. Recommends company salary structure movements, salary increase budgets, and FLSA exemptions. Supports analysis and makes recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, and sales compensation. Administers and communicates the company's benefits program plan options, features, and enrollment requirements; assists employees with benefits claim administration inquiries. Reviews international assignments and relocation against internal guidelines to estimate package cost and necessary vendor resources. Analyzes cost containment strategies for all programs. Manage compensation data in Workday. Process leaves and worker's compensation claims. Ensure company compliance with regulations governing compensation, benefits, and global mobility practices. Administers Employee Recognition Program. Job Requirements: 6+ years' experience supporting and administering Compensation and Benefits programs in the US. Global experience preferred. Experience supporting and administering Global Mobility programs preferred. Bachelor's Degree in related field (Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Similar). Strong data analytics skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data using spreadsheets or data analytics platform to provide actionable program recommendations. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers regarding sensitive topics such as compensation, medical coverage issues, retirement programs, etc. Strong communications skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Must be comfortable using Excel advanced formulas. Must be up to date on leave laws. Experience using Radford/Aon a plus. Base Pay: Expected Base Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000 Annualized
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level, and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
Bonus eligible: In addition to base pay, compensation for this position includes eligibility for a 5% annual bonus.
