Working closely with the Area Manager and Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
The Position Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations Meeting minutes & actions (internal & client based) KPI monitoring and reporting Field leadership monitoring and reporting People management: on-boarding, scheduling, travel, payroll, HR queries etc The Person Team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments Ability to work across environments with changing priorities Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy High level report writing skills Experience in site-based operations environments is highly advantageous The Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
