Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines, and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD region, we are looking for experienced Site Administrators to take us into our next growth phase, as we mobilise our Anglo American villages in the Middlemount, Moranbah, and Moura regions.
Locals are encouraged to apply on a drive-in, drive-out basis. For non-locals, accommodation and meals will be supplied.
The Positions Receptionists - 14/7 roster - 10-hour days The Person A team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration Certificate II in Business (desirable) Experience using accommodation booking systems within a hospitality or tourism environment Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite High standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management Exemplary customer service skills and communication Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment The Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems, and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
