Responsibilities Our client, a beef wholesaler, is seeking a Company Accountant, responsible for managing the overall accounting operations.
The key responsibilities will be: Ensure month end procedures are completed.Prepare monthly financial and management reporting.Oversee AP, AR, bank reconciliation and AR credit control.Oversee Fixed Asset / WIP register maintenance.Review Quarter / Year End packages and various reports to HQ / auditors.Review weekly payroll.Review PAYG and payroll tax return and workers compensation.Prepare for FBT and BAS lodgement.Your Profile In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and strengths:
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting.Working hour is 6am to 2:30pm.Familiarity with Oracle will be advantageous.Demonstrated success in financial modelling and analysis.Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, capital budgeting, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders is essential.High attention to detail.Please register your interest in this role by forwarding your resume via the apply now button.
