QualificationsKey Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.Maintain accurate daily client notes and promptly report any concerns to the RN/Care Manager.Support clients with mobility aids, range-of-motion exercises, and non-sterile dressings, under the supervision of an RN.Preferred SkillsWhy Join Us?
