About the role: We are currently seeking a Community Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive Home and Community Care team in the Great Southern region covering the towns of Katanning and Kojonup.
Our Juniper Home and Community Care team provides community-based care programs that assist our aged customers to continue to live independently in their own homes. You will be working in a supportive environment that encourages initiative and leadership.
In this rewarding role, you will provide support and assistance to enable clients to maximize their independence in their own homes, incorporating a wellness approach. Care and services are to be responsive, timely and empowering, enabling the client to lead a safe and independent life within their own home.
This position requires the delivery of personal care, domestic assistance, transport, and social support to aged customers in their own homes. To be considered for this role, you must have a driver's licence and reliable vehicle and be willing to drive between Katanning and Kojonup. Applicants with prior experience working in the community setting will be viewed favourably.
The position is being offered on a permanent part-time basis with work available Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Working hours and days will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
