Key Responsibilities: Supporting clients to live an active lifestyle and participate in their community through the delivery of a range of person-centred programs.Work to behaviour support plans using positive behaviour strategies.Provide personal and hygiene care with empathy and respect.Communicate regularly with families to share clients' progress.Maintain accurate records and progress notes to ensure quality support.About You
