About the Job There is an exciting opportunity with the Esperance Home Care Team for a Community Support Worker.
This position is to provide support services to older people and younger people with a disability within the Shire of Esperance to assist them to remain living as independently as possible within their own homes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide 'In Home' respite services or social support for clients.
Provide meal planning and preparation for clients as required.
Contribute to the development of Esperance Home Care Planning and Development.
This is a casual position.
About you In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have: Relevant experience or ability to work with older people and younger people with a disability.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and relate well to older people and people with disabilities.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
