You will love this!Keep the community safe at homeFlexible hours availableWe are seeking caring, organised, and diligent Support Workers living within the Nowra/Illawarra region to join our team to provide care Monday - Friday 7am-3pm. In this role, you will be visiting numerous clients within their own homes, and therefore, your own car is required.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Personal Care.Domestic Assistance, Meal preparation and serving.Medication prompting.Social Support.Basic Admin and Marketing.Skills and Attributes: Experience in providing care within the Aged Care, Disability or Veteran sectors.Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability; Nursing Students who have completed their first-year placement preferred (not essential).Car and Driver's license are a must.Current CPR & Manual Handling certification or willingness to obtain.Friendly and caring with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.Professional and clear communication skills to enable effective communication with our clients.Benefits and rewards: Remain geographically close to your home base.Receive travel time and KMs payments, plus additional allowances including phone and laundry allowance.Utilisation of a user-friendly cloud-based app for all scheduling, care plans and client notes specifically designed for Regal Health.Fully automated finance system requiring no time sheets or logging of KMs.Access to paid, ongoing training and education platform.Daily access to support from our clinical and care teams.Regal Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
