The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference in the life of an older person, right here in the Central Coast.
From sport to art, pets to gardening, walking to yoga, baking to craft, movies to music, coffee to crosswords… whatever you love, you can share it with someone who loves it too.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to volunteer socially with our elderly client in Woy Woy. Our client has shared that she would simply enjoy meeting someone to reminisce over a cuppa. This could be a one-hour weekly or fortnightly visit. If you would like to meet our client or hear more about volunteering in the Central Coast, please apply today! Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

Requirements18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare • One hour visits for 6 months or longer. We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time between Monday to Sunday 9am-4pm.
