This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.Purpose of the Role:The purpose of the Community & Stakeholder Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Community & Stakeholder team primarily via reporting, filing, data entry, website, and digital platform activities.
The role will also provide support as required in communication activities onsite to support community & stakeholder team objectives.
The Community & Stakeholder Administrator will act as a point of contact for community, stakeholder, and communication matters as a FGJV representative onsite at Marica & Tantangara.Qualifications:Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field (Administration, Commerce, Business Management, Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing) - preferredWhite CardExperience:Demonstrated experience (Minimum of 5 years) in a relevant administration roleCorporate background and or communications/business management experienceExperience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works - preferredHigh knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and other administration-based softwareA sound understanding of infrastructure construction projects - preferredExperience communicating across diverse business functions and diverse backgroundsCompetent in preparing reports to demonstrate evidence and complianceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a teamAbility to be self-motivated and operate remotely away from direct managementAbility to adhere to deadlines and targets, prioritizing tasks under pressureFlexible and adaptableExceptional planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detailSound negotiation skillsAbility to multitask and manage personal stressDemonstrates accountabilityHigh level of problem-solving skills and creative thinkingExcellent record-keeping and time managementCore Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Provide administrative support across all Community & Stakeholder team activitiesSupport the administration of and attend Community Groups, online Community engagement relations activities and maximize business and community relationships as requiredUndertake research activities where requiredManage filing system for all Community & Stakeholder team documentsMinute taking for meetings & scheduling support for the Community & Stakeholder Relations ManagerSupport distribution of information to the entire project team, including frontline workforce and subcontractorsAttend Prestart meetings and provide Community and internal comms updates as required; Support delivery of content for white collar and blue collar workforce and subcontractors (e.g., Toolbox Talks, project updates, pre-starts, videos, posters, presentations, intranet, digital media, newsletters, etc.
