Community Participation Officer – Great Southern

The Community Participation Team supports players, coaches, and officials in their football journey through participation, education, and learning opportunities. Our goal is to make football accessible to all participants, providing a fun, enjoyable, and safe environment for training and playing.The primary responsibility of the Community Participation Officer (CPO) – Great Southern is to grow and service the game by acting as a liaison between Football West and regional associations, clubs, players, officials, and other stakeholders. The CPO will also support football-related activities in Albany and neighbouring regions. This includes coordinating Football West visits, facilitating coach education, overseeing talent development programs, managing school programs, promoting futsal, and performing any other duties necessary to fulfil the role.
