What You'll Be Doing Create, grow and nurture an engaged community of crypto enthusiasts in Australia through various social/online platforms (e.g.
Facebook Group, Telegram Group, X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit).Monitor and moderate community discussions, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.Manage social media accounts, including planning and posting relevant content and responding to direct message inquiries.Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally working with our customer support team to resolve issues and enhance overall user satisfaction.Represent OKX as a helpful and knowledgeable thought leader in the crypto and Web3 community.Ensure seamless communication between global and local teams, collaborating with other business units to develop strategies for community growth and retention.Assist in organising and promoting events, sponsorships and meet-ups, office management and administrative support as needed.Stay updated on the latest crypto and Web3 trends, and share relevant insights with the team.What We Look For In You A positive, energetic, and passionate individual who demonstrates a high level of professionalism.An enthusiasm and interest in the cryptocurrency space, actively staying informed about market trends and a knack for keeping communities engaged.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Fluency in English is essential.Proven experience in successfully building and nurturing online communities, fostering positive interactions and creating an inclusive environment.Ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving and highly regulated industry.A deep understanding of the local culture and market dynamics in Australia.Nice to Haves Previous experience in the financial industry, particularly within the cryptocurrency or blockchain sector.Demonstrated success in executing effective marketing initiatives within community management, showcasing creativity and strategic thinking in promoting engagement and brand awareness. #J-18808-Ljbffr
