About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager to effectively manage the day-to-day operations at our gardens community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Full management of all operational aspects associated with the communityProviding a high level of customer service to all residents, guests, and community membersFinancial management including budgeting, profit and loss and reportingDevelop an annual event calendar for the community and engage with residents to embed a culture that builds on communityCoordinate the effective management of the onsite team, including grounds and maintenance, cleaning, and administration staffManage the health, safety, and compliance requirements of the communityEnsuring the Community presents to a high standardSupport the Construction and Development teams with new homes delivery, installation and/or the refurbishment process of resale homesAbout You:Proven experience in a similar role and industryExcellent administrative, financial controls and practicesAbility to identify problems and to use initiative and effective communication skills to resolve the issueDemonstrated capability and experience in the management of maintenance of buildings and grounds is desirableAbility to respond well to emergency situationsConfident and proficient at reasoning with peopleAbility to work with minimal supervisionA demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working to operational requirementsDemonstrated staff management experience including performance discussions, training, and rosteringCulture and Benefits:Security of working for an ASX listed organisationDiscounted holiday rates at Ingenia Holiday parksEmployee rewards and recognition programIf you wish to join a successful team in a growing company, please click on the Apply for this job button and submit your resume.
