Community Engagement Officer - WAYFM LauncestonDo you love engaging with people? WayFM is looking for a representative to share their values, mission, and initiatives within the local community.The Role:Part Time or Full Time for the right candidateThis role is ideal for someone who loves engaging with people. You will have a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships, securing funding, and promoting WayFM in the community. You will serve as a liaison between WayFM and external stakeholders, representing our values, mission, and initiatives with integrity and enthusiasm.Personal Qualities:Demonstrated history of sales, fundraising, and relationship management.Experience within a Commercial or Community Radio Station is advantageous.Experience within the not-for-profit sector preferred.As WayFM is a Christian ministry with a mission to share God's love with the community, you'll be someone keen to facilitate this within your role.Position Purpose:To promote WayFM to the target community.To manage relationships with WayFM's current sponsors and donors and gain new sponsors and donors.To manage relationships within members, supporters, donors, church, and community leaders.To develop and coordinate fundraising events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
