Salary - As per Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020
Nunawading Christian College is seeking to employ a Community Engagement Officer to join the team. This is a permanent part-time position, and the hours of the role are 22.50 hours per week during the school term commencing Term 1, 2025. Working directly with the Principal and Business Manager, you will drive the School's marketing strategy; build and engage our community which includes parents, students, alumni, staff, and the wider community; and implement and evaluate the school's key marketing activities, including advertising, website, publications, digital communication & promotion, and community events, to retain and attract students and families who best fit the College ethos.
Ideally, you'll bring the following repertoire of experience to your role: 3-5 years industry experienceInvolvement in the development of strategies based on insightsHighly developed knowledge and experience in developing marketing communication materials integrated across different channelsExcellent communication skills - verbal and writtenAbility to think creatively and generate new ideasExperience in event coordinationCreative copywriting, photography, design, and videography skills, using Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign will be highly regarded.Ability to analyse data and apply findings to inform marketing activitiesAs a member of the Nunawading Christian College community, you will join a team that is passionate about education and inculcating a biblical worldview that provides hope for its community.
