The Opportunity In your new role, you will manage enquiries, complaints, and commitments across multiple communication channels. Your responsibilities will include recording, reviewing, and triaging cases to ensure they are efficiently directed to the appropriate teams for resolution.
With your strong communication skills, you will coordinate clear and professional responses for diverse audiences, draft correspondence that articulates Transgrid's position, and prepare communications to inform landowners about planned works, keeping stakeholders well-informed and engaged.
Our ideal candidate is highly skilled in time management, record-keeping, public relations, and negotiation. They excel in clear and effective communication and are adept at engaging with the community, internal subject matter experts, and external stakeholder organisations.
