The Community Content Creator & Digital Marketer reports to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for strengthening and growing Arcare's exposure online.
This includes creating a variety of media, including social media posts, videos, photography, podcasts, newsletters, and landing pages.

Day to Day of a Community Content Creator & Digital Marketer Own the strategy, calendar and rollout of content-led marketing projects, including research, ideation, creation, engaging cross-functional participants, and managing resource schedules, workflows, and deadlines. Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to develop content campaigns that champion the Arcare brand and can be leveraged across channels. Contribute to the development and creation of customer-focused content and resources (photo library, blogs, case studies, media releases, social media, infographics, and more). Manage social media strategy, execution, distribution, and growing followership. Collaborate with product, growth, and lifecycle marketing to develop campaigns spanning the customer lifecycle journey. Monitor performance of content and channels, reporting on key metrics and highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement. Organise and order specific marketing materials, as well as coordinate various marketing tasks related to the mobilisation of our new aged care residences. Skills and experience of a good candidate A degree in Marketing, PR, Visual Arts, or Communications is preferred. Ability to drive results in content and digital marketing. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Design online and offline marketing collateral (posters, email signatures, videos, and online assets). Solid ability to build positive working relationships across the company. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions for challenging problems.
