This is a key role within the digital innovation team and will be required to provide direction, insight and communication within the label environment, and other stakeholders within the marketing and commercial teams. You will work closely with label and management teams to get initiatives off the ground in the voice of each artist's community.This role reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Growth & Innovation and the Community & Innovation Manager. This is a 12-month contract position.The roleMonitor and moderate community conversations to enhance the fan experience.Track and report on community engagement and growth metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.Understand the community platform landscape and tools and strategies needed to create and run successful communities for each artist.Pay attention to fandom and embrace their style of collaboration for finding ways to engage and excite fans.In partnership with the labels, ensure artists' communities are engaged and growing by monitoring, engaging, and delivering content and interactions that align with their unique fan base.Plan and update content schedules based on community sentiment and interests.Develop and lead community engagement programs, understanding the profile of the community to build plans with strong copy.Outreach to build relationships with existing fan communities and be the first official voice to interact and nurture those relationships.Foster relationships with key members in non-artist specific communities to create opportunities for artists and their music.Incentivize creation of fan content and help to funnel relevant pieces through a network of third-party media, fan pages and owned media to amplify key messages.Create templates, stickers, lenses and short form video to help spark a talking point and collaboration tentpole with the community.Work alongside our D2C teams to ensure product visibility on community platforms is aligned with online stores and offerings.Collaborate with eCommerce and Audience teams to experiment with bespoke products or data acquisition for fans & superfans directly on community platforms.Support in finding the right platform for the right artist, becoming familiar with the suite of community platforms available.About youProficiency using SFV editing tools (Capcut).Proficiency using Adobe software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), presentation & quick image/video editing tools (Canva) and MS software packages (Excel, Powerpoint).Experience in Discord and other Community platforms preferable.Experience using Google Suite.Growth marketing experience with test and learn approaches.Background in social media management or content creation.Experience interacting with a creator and fan economies.Experience with building data-led marketing initiatives.A genuine interest in digital platforms.Self-motivated, resilient, collaborative, adaptable and a 'can do' hands-on approach.Forward and creative thinking.About usUnique opportunity to elevate your career in a supportive, motivated and ambitious team.Opportunity to join the world's leading music company.All the perks of working within the music industry (did someone say live music?).X 2 'U-Days' per calendar year to spend however you like!Strengths-based learning and development opportunities.DisclaimerThe company presents this job description as a guide to the major areas and duties for which the jobholder is accountable.
