We offer flexible shifts, including weekends, active overnights, and sleepover shifts. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists as needed.Providing personal care such as grooming, bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, and bladder and bowel management.Performing basic wound care and assisting with self-medication.Supporting with domestic tasks like meal preparation, light household chores, and laundry.Facilitating community access, including driving clients to appointments and social events.What We're Looking For We seek dedicated individuals who are passionate about helping others live independently. Ideal candidates will be empathetic, positive, and able to communicate effectively with clients. No prior experience is required as we provide thorough training through our team of Registered Nurses and Key Support Workers.
Requirements Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.Smartphone device.Current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) and/or Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain.Completion or willingness to complete the NDIS Workers Orientation Module.Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times.For more information or to apply, please call our National Recruitment Team at 3435 3292.
