About the Company:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial real estate agency located in the inner city fringe of Brisbane.
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Trust Account Administrator to join their dynamic Property Management team.

Role Overview:
As the Trust Account Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day management of all trust accounts, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and internal policies.
This role involves regular interaction with property managers, creditors, and clients, requiring a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile trust accounts, including daily processing of trust funds, receipting, and accounts payable.
Conduct regular owner and creditor payment runs.
Address and resolve accounts-related queries from the team and clients.
Implement and drive business strategies for continuous improvement.
Provide training and development support within the department.
Report directly to the General Manager of Property Management on performance and growth.
Stay updated with relevant legislative changes and ensure compliance with all relevant Acts.
Supervise and sign off on all Trust Accounting, OFT reporting, and audits.
Oversee software reporting and manage critical tasks.
Handle escalated complaints and disputes related to trust accounts.
Ensure strict compliance with the Code of Conduct, Work Policies, Procedures, and Information Management.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Trust Accounting within the commercial or industrial property sector.
Strong knowledge of Xero, Cirrus 8, and Vault Re.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and data management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
