Qualifications Certificate III in Aged/Disability Care Preferred Skills Experience in Community Aged Care/Disability Care Certificate III / IV in Home and Community Care (or similar) Willingness to travel distances and work various hours.
A roadworthy and registered vehicle and hold a current C class driver's licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents.
First-aid & CPR certification Australian Police Clearance Certificate The ability and commitment to uphold high standards of work.
