As a Flips Community Activator, you'll be the face of Fish N Flips in your local area, creating partnerships, running events, and spreading water safety awareness in a way that's fun, fresh, and unforgettable!
About the role:Community Engagement:Represent Fish N Flips at local events — think school talks, kindy visits, markets, and festivals.Share our play-based learning philosophy and build meaningful connections with families and local businesses.Deliver engaging water safety education to parents and kids.Plan and Run Events:Plan and run community activations like school fetes and shopping centre pop-ups.Organise event setups with all the fun props and promotional gear.Gather and report on leads and event success with our Chief Flipper (your awesome manager!
