Prime opportunity to join the Student Acquisition Journey SquadFull-time, ongoing position at our Hawthorn campusHEW level 6 salary + 17% superannuation and staff benefitsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a talented Communications Specialist to join our friendly and collaborative team and play a key role in delivering campaign and communications activities for future student audiences.As the Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of communications campaigns across all channels for a defined audience segment. Working closely with Marketing colleagues and Swinburne's service areas, and with a performance and conversion mindset, you will deliver comms tactics and insights to inform the achievement of student acquisition objectives, as well as key brand and reputation measures.This role will be focused on ensuring all activity is implemented with consistency, quality and strategic alignment.About YouTo be suitable for this role you will need to demonstrate your experience in the below key accountabilities:Strong organisational skills, and the ability to keep tasks, tactics and teams on track.Experience in planning and delivering customer journeys across multiple channels, including web and email, and aligning these with paid advertising campaigns.Demonstrated experience in using data to improve the process and performance of communications and marketing activities.Ability to write and edit on-brand communications of varying complexity for a range of audiences and channels.Experience in planning and implementing email marketing campaigns using an enterprise-level marketing automation platform (such as Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Unica, Salesforce or Marketo) is preferred.QualificationsA degree in communications or related fields with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.This position is open only to applicants who have work rights in AustraliaTo ApplyPlease submit your CV and cover letter addressing your suitability for this position.
