We are seeking a Communications Specialist with a strong background in digital communication, campaigns, and event management to support the execution of our communications strategies. This role, which supports the business objectives of Oceania, is situated in Melbourne, Australia. It demands significant initiative and coordination across various functions to achieve consistency and synergies.
What you will doAs a "Communications Specialist - Campaigns, Channels & Events", based in Melbourne, Australia, you will drive communications activities in the following main areas:
Campaigns and Digital Communications:
- Design, develop and implement digital content / editorial agenda
- Support the coordination and execution of global campaigns within the local market
- Design, develop, execute and report campaignsEvents and Exhibitions:
- Manage and support the local team in the events and exhibitions utilizing global master concept design, branding and guidelines
- Reporting of events and exhibitions
- Plan and execute webinarsChannels:
- Ensure we have a robust channel management strategy (Internal & external)
- Execute channel effectiveness (Internal & external)Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor the effectiveness of digital campaigns and events, leveraging marketing automation platforms to track performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.We believe you have- At least 5 years' experience in the field of communications preferably within a multinational/multicultural environment
- The ability to work across borders and participate fully in cross-functional, as well as to plan and implement projects independently
- Solid multi-discipline communications competence
- Experience in leading digital communication, events, and exhibitions
- The ability to work independently and act as a reliable point of contact to colleagues
- English language proficiency, both written and spoken
- A Communications Degree or equivalent experience in the field of Communications or related sciences
