Role Description Based in our Sydney office and reporting directly to the Marketing and Operations Director, this supports the organisation's significant growth.
You will be required to partner with senior stakeholders, develop and implement marketing and communications plans to build brand awareness and drive business development, whilst proactively supporting a high-performance culture by delivering internal and external communications and other marketing initiatives.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Writing industry focused articles, thought leadership pieces and project case studies Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver communications and marketing initiatives Developing and writing content for company websites and social media platforms Producing capability statements and corporate copy Developing internal communications such as presentations, emails, company newsletters and intranet updates Coordinating marketing initiatives including researching and organising sponsorship and event opportunities Ensuring brand guidelines are consistent and adhered to across the business nationally for both internal and external documentation Candidate Profile Here at RPI we are extremely proud of our collaborative environment, so having a 'no task too big or small' and fluid attitude towards supporting your team is going to ensure your success in this role.
Applicants with a background in corporate communications from industries such as journalism, property, professional services or PR will be highly regarded.
You will possess the following skills:
A tertiary qualification in Communications/Writing or similar A confident writer and proofreader with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality control Demonstrated experience in long-form and short-form copy, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and target messages to different audiences An exceptional eye for detail when proofreading and editing Advanced organisational and time management skills High level communication skills and experience working with a diverse stakeholder group, including senior stakeholders and executives The ability to research and source information independently Strong initiative with a proactive and fluid approach to your position.
