THE ROLE
The Communications Manager position is a collaborative role that will be responsible for creating and executing primarily internal communications strategies for the business.
The role will work closely with the Head of Corporate Affairs & ESG and respective business heads to create communication and engagement strategies that engage internal and external stakeholders.
The focus of the role is to clearly communicate RCC's value proposition internally and build meaningful industry partnerships by:
Support the businesses strategic objectivesWriting industry award submissions to gain recognitionManage RCC's intranet, creating an engaging platform for our peopleCreating messaging and presentations for corporate eventsManaging media relations where requiredCommunication support for specific projects and new cultural/strategic initiativesWe differentiate ourselves from others by maintaining a flat business structure with visible leadership, ensuring our employees have the autonomy and support to develop in their roles and careers.
