Communications Manager - Perpetual Wealth ManagementPerpetual Group is an ASX-listed company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney, Australia, currently consisting of 11 leading brands across three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.
We have an exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Perpetual Wealth Management (PWM) business as Communications Manager focusing on creating and managing both internal and external communications, including media relations and social media, that improve engagement while strengthening PWM's reputation.
The wealth management business consists of three distinct brands in addition to Perpetual Private - Fordham, Jacaranda Financial Planning and Priority Life - offering a unique mix of wealth management, advice and trustee services. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.

About the role Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management! As a Communications Manager, you will:
Build and deliver internal and external communications strategies for PWM to support key business initiatives such as product launches, sponsorships and partnerships, brand campaigns, key strategic announcements and awards programs.Have execution responsibility for awareness and interactions with Perpetual via public social media management.Build and manage relationships with trade and mainstream media that generate new and ongoing opportunities for PWM.Provide communications advice and support to key stakeholders across the business.Provide support in managing key employee communications events.Build and implement communications strategies for PWM's sustainability program including supporting the launch of PWM's inaugural sustainability strategy and ongoing communications requirements. About you We're looking for someone with:
Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism and/or business.Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services.Proven ability to build and deliver proactive communications programs.A self-motivated high performer with a 'can do' attitude and excellent idea generation skills - proactive and creative.Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for a variety of audiences across key communications channels.Experience in managing online and social media requirements.Proven stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership.
