A financial institution is seeking a Communications Manager to join their team to be involved in the end-to-end development and delivery of educational programs for their members.
About the Role
Utilising superannuation experience to manage the end-to-end development and delivery of member education webinar and seminar program
Developing and implementing multi-channel member engagement campaigns for large-scale events
Collaborating with Workplace Education Managers to create educational materials
Writing and developing educational content, such as fact sheets, articles, web content, and videos
Delivering insights on member education needs and driving program improvements
To be successful, much of the following must be highlighted in your CV
Must have experience in superannuation sector
Several years of experience in communications and/or member education
Proven track record in developing and delivering strategies and communications programs
Strong verbal communication, writing, and editing skills
Online digital content creation experience is beneficial
End-to-end involvement in developing educational programs and delivering to members is beneficial
RG146 qualification is advantageous but not essential
