Our client is seeking a passionate Communications Manager to join their Member Education team on a 6-month contract. In this essential role, you'll develop and deliver a leading education program that helps members understand their superannuation and enhance their retirement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a market-leading member education program.Engage members and contribute to their retention.Create impactful, customer-centric materials.What You'll Do: Manage the development and delivery of member education webinars and seminar programs.Handle communications for large-scale member engagement events, such as the Annual Members' Meeting.Collaborate with Workplace Education Managers to develop educational materials and content for key clients.Write and develop educational content, including fact sheets, articles, web content, and videos.Collaborate with the Customer and Growth team.Requirements: Minimum 7+ years in communications or member education, with at least 5 years in the financial services or superannuation industry.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business; RG146 qualification (desirable).Proven ability to develop and implement effective communications strategies. Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to simplify complex information is essential.
