About the role The Communications Lead is key to delivering best practice communications across the organisation, to our customers and community to enable the successful delivery of our ambitious Strategy 2030.
To deliver in this role, you will provide clear direction and support for a creative, high performing team, mentoring them on a path to be the best version of themselves.
You will be responsible for providing expert communications advice, managing crisis and incident scenarios, building brand and reputation utilising strong and highly developed strategic communications and engagement skills and tools.
A highly regarded leader with broad communications, operations and strategic experience, you understand the value of a constructive partnership, effectively leading and learning to build internal capability and help realise Barwon Water Group's primary strategy.
About you A methodical approach to planning will see you adapt as priorities change in a dynamic environment, allowing you to remain calm working towards deadlines and instilling confidence in others.
An outstanding communicator with exceptional stakeholder skills, you build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to drive outcomes and improvements.

An experienced leader of a multidisciplined teams, you're adept at influencing colleagues, and passionate to deliver real change and benefit to the organisation.
Your qualifications in communications or similar may be supported by extensive experience in communications leadership roles.
