Work with the AI Practice and broader senior leadership team to drive our key internal Artificial Intelligence (AI) narrative and strategic communications across the Group.Drive CommBank.ai brand awareness and advocacy through creative and engaging communications, initiatives, and events.Work in partnership with Corporate Affairs to bolster CommBank's global AI thought leadership through external media opportunities and events. See yourself in our team The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is responsible for shaping and delivering an integrated and consistent approach to the Group's data, analytics, and AI capability. We help our business partners within the group extract value out of their data better and faster to ensure they can meet and predict the ever-changing needs of our customers.

Do work that matters In this new Engagement Manager, AI Practice role you will flow to communications and engagement work across high-profile AI business areas, including the AI Practice, Generative AI Domain, and broader Decision Science team to help deliver a consistent, customer and people focused AI narrative across group and drive CommBank.ai brand awareness and advocacy.
In this capacity, you will support the AI Practice Engagement Lead, playing a pivotal role in executing AI communications & engagement plans across multiple channels, creatively driving proactive Group-wide engagement, establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships at all levels, and supporting high-profile AI initiatives, such as AI Education.

On any given day, you will:Contribute to creating and delivering communications & engagement strategies across a portfolio of AI business areas, as well as contributing to the delivery of strategies and plans to support Technology-wide or CBA Group-wide campaigns and initiatives.Collaborate closely with members of the AI leadership teams to draft and deliver communications activity, and drive compelling narratives, creative campaigns, and internal communication opportunities. We're interested in hearing from people who have:Proven experience in an internal focused communications role, managing business communication strategy and implementation.Exceptional writing skills and ability to simplify complex messages.An ability to apply sound judgement to ensure communications strategies reflect and align to the broader AI narrative.An obsession for delivering effective communications focused on improving the lived experiences of our customers, communities, and people.Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to collaborate with multiple teams and functions to deliver strong outcomes.A genuine passion for communications and engagement.Experience in data, analytics, and AI (highly advantageous).Change management and employee engagement experience (desirable).
